
Project overview
iMedical is a mobile app designed to simplify the process of managing medical insurance claims. It allows users to report accidents, upload required documentation, and track the status of their claims.
Problem
The primary challenge was that users found the process of filing and managing medical claims through traditional systems to be complex, time-consuming, and error-prone. Users often struggled with navigating insurance requirements, understanding what documentation was needed, and ensuring that all steps were correctly followed.
Solution
The solution was to create a user-friendly app that streamlines the process of managing medical claims. Through a simple, intuitive interface, iMedical allows users to easily report incidents, submit claims, and track their status in real time.


My role
In the iMedical project, I was responsible for the full UX/UI design process, from research and concept development to prototyping and collaboration with the development team.
