
Project overview
Benefits is a mobile application initially designed to provide users with quick and easy access to essential information related to their employee benefits, such as health insurance, medical expense records, vacation requests, and nearby healthcare providers.
Problem
As new features were added to Benefits, its design became increasingly complex and less intuitive. Users expressed difficulty finding the modules they were most interested in, resulting in low satisfaction and a decrease in app usage frequency.
Solution
To address these challenges, a complete redesign of the Benefits app was undertaken. The primary objectives of the redesign were to simplify the interface, improve usability, and increase user satisfaction.


My role
In my role as UX/UI Designer, I was responsible for the user-centered design of BENEFITS. From start to finish, I focused on creating an intuitive and user-friendly app that met our users’ needs.
Design Process
To deliver the Benefits app efficiently, we employed a Lean UX approach, prioritizing rapid iteration and minimal resource utilization. Iterative design enabled us to gather valuable user insights through testing, refining the app with each iteration. Agile development methodologies allowed us to maintain control over timelines and responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery.
